Unfortunately reviewers get payed to lie about Samsung and iPhone so others don't get honest reviews. The find x2 Pro was miles better than the iPhone and Samsung at the time yet reviews didn't say that. I have a. 12pro max and loved it but just got mi 11 ultra, my mum has S22 ultra. The mi is far better in all ways near enough and same with this that my girlfriend has. The chinese ones are far better

Yep. Find X2 pro became the phone which challenged Samsung S20 ultra and actually was able to defeat it in specs. Till date the same thing happens, Oppo always defeats Samsung in specs, cameras and competes OneUI insanely with its ColorOS, except that insane zoom.

Oppo X2 Pro was 5x optical, X3 Pro was 2x optical, X5 Pro is still 2x optical zoom. Samsung S22 Ultra has a 10x optical zoom. Majority don't care, but I just wanted to point it out.

Oppo stopped focussing on Zoom. Unlike Samsung, they have two other brands(Realme and OnePlus) to think of. The things they miss out are provided by Oppo on Realme and OnePlus phones. So it's fair trade for the Brand. Any brand would want you to invest more money into its products, they are doing the same stuff.
