for what it’s worth the 660 really isn’t all that far behind compared to the 800-series processors. it’s using very similar cores to the 835

Zach P yes it's efficient and plenty fast for my liking, it's more than enough for daily use. The sd820/821/835 just not good on battery it got the power we don't need, need to charge daily compare to sd625/660.

Literally none in my opinion. I run a modified version of Lineage on my Nexus 5 and it honestly revived my phone, runs better than ever aside from the battery just naturally degrading. As long as your phone has an unlockable bootloader, I'd say go for it. BUT do make sure to read feedback from others using the same phone on Lineage, as there could be bugs that ruin the experience for you.

No disadvantages in my experience. I found the battery life to be much better on my oneplus one as compared to CyanogenMod. A lot more features and customisation options if you are coming from stock Android. Also weekly updates ensure no bug persists for long.

The reason why Oppo and other OEMs to use microUSB rather than USB Type-C is that allot of people in Asia are still holding onto their older android devices. Which use microUSB. Therefore there is a much larger market in Asia for microUSB than USB Type-C at the moment.

I get why OnePlus' designs have been extremely similar to Oppo's lately other than the fact that they're both under one company. OnePlus is just taking corners, a custom design would have substantially increased its price. Though with that said the build quality on OnePlus phones are great too so it's not really a trade off
