I promised God I'd never step onto a skateboard again after I severely bumped my head on a pole while riding a friend's skateboard during our evangelism efforts at a uni in LA. God pruned skateboarding from me. I hope he continues to work on me and show me the way so I could become who he wants me to be. Strangely enough, this week my dentist made me return to her office for a rescan because there was a giant "pole-like" image on my first scan. Strange. I wonder what poles blocking things symbolize. Thank you for this episode.

Ryan I just recently became a youth leader I was looking for a book to read and out-of-nowhere my boss told me about you and that you had a book now the young adults are reading the book together along with me. What are some barriers needed to overcome within when obstacles present themselves in your life. What helps keep you both grounded? Are there any tips when feeling overwhelmed? Who should people reach out to or is it just best to keep it between you and God?

Fellow believers if you are able to. Although with the Lord you can tell him anything plus he knows all anyway. Sometimes it hard to be comfortable telling someone all your hardships. Just know in Psalms David was distressed and overwhelmed and when he seeked out for God he got him through it. Defeated a lion, Defeated Goliath, Armies, and grew stronger in his faith and walk with God. Remember his eyes don't see as mans eyes do so even if it looks like we cant get out of a hardship, just be patient and trusting in our Lord. God is so good!!
