Marks should spawn 45 seconds after the original mark is killed right? i don't understand why raptors/gromp/ top crab didn't mark after the first scuttle mark? shouldn't the mark have spawned on one of the three (raptors/gromp/top crab) around 4:20?

Thinking the same thing right now, probably the bug where first Raptors/Gromp Spawn don't get marked

The camp was not up yet. This is why marks don’t spawn immediately. If you know where the enemy jungler started you have a raw idea of the timing and position of the spawn because the first camp to spawn after the 45 seconds cooldown is the first one to have the mark

I need to try Opportunity. I've been too used to Kraken Slayer every game, but I do love cheap items and speed.
