Xanninja The offensive foul was because he clearly elbowed Dunleavy in the face. It went out of bounds on LeBron anyways, and worst of all, Blatt signaled a timeout and the league even said after the game that they should’ve credited him for a timeout, but he didn’t have any. That means a technical shot and ball for the Bulls, sealing the win. #ClevelandSteamers

What really made that incorrect charge reversal so bad was the fact that they went to review it in the first place, they weren’t supposed to because it’s a call based on ref discretion. But all the sudden they decided to magically change the rules and review an otherwise unreviewable play and reverse it.

ThunderxToadlb actually the two refs were unsure. If u watch the postgame or the replay one ref had a charge and one had a block. And the NBA made a rule alteration that allows them to look at charge/blocks in replay in the last two minutes...so...
