when I try to replicate the team the game show up a message saying that certain missions aren't gonna be cleared do you know why?

That's because a portion of level 4 requirements is not met: crew + FC cost (excluding supports) can't exceed 300. This team can beat lv5 mechanics but doesn't meet the requirements. In the "intended" team costs are the same except for Zoro/Sanji, you use instead a LRR Sanji that makes the team reach exactly 300 cost.
