Supports replacement: Vs PSY you need to remove 2t of DEF Up, use the FC for it and/or replace Nami/Carrot; Vs QCK you need to remove 1t of DEF Up, use the FC or another support; Vs INT Nami isn't needed at all (Chopper removes 1t of Paralysis anyway and he gives -1CD to everyone)
Ships are lv11/12 but they're not needed
PSY Chopper LLB5 is required for 31+ or add supports to cover the difference
any FC works as long as they boost everyone in the crew, I've used mirrored FCs but CA/special aren't needed. Against PSY you need a Cerebral FC to enable CP0 SC
If you don't have some units, use their replacement slot + the FC to cover their CA/special abilities.

What happened to the intimation - 2 on the psy stage?

In the video it's not against 31+ PSY stage but the team is able to circumvent Intimidation (Atk and Slot boosts) thanks to TM Law. His special on stage 2 extends the duration of already active Atk and Slot boosts
