Awesome idea for a video. The game is called Liars Dice, it's the game from Pirates of the Caribbean when they bet years. But basically it's a game where you try to call someones bluff about what dice they rolled and it's a lot of fun! With Hitch's help you could do a 4 person perspective of what each person has. Carry on eating what you've been eating for the last week, keep a record of what you eat and note whether you put on weight, maintained weight or lost weight. Let's say you ate 2500 calories and maintained weight, the next week cut your calories by 15% for 2/3 weeks (you should be losing 2-4lbs a week) then when you hit a stalemate with weight loss, cut your calories by a further 15% etc.. Do a bit of research into macros, how to calculate them etc. typically you want 50% of your 2500 calories to be made up of protein, 25% carbs and 25% fat. Do a bit of research my man
