الله يخليك يا دكتورنا الفاضل الرنين ده فيه ايه وهل هو سبب ضعف العضلات والاعصاب وقابل للعلاج ولا لا واحد للقطنيه وواحد للرقبه ممكن دكتور يعرفني الرنين ده فيه ايه وقابل للعلاج ولا لا واحد للقطنيه وواحد للرقبه وهل هو سبب ضعف العضلات في الجسم ووجع العضلات ‏NON CONTRAST MRI OF THE CERVICAL SPINE USING MULTIPULSE SEQUENCES IN DIFFERENT PLANES REVEALED: Flattened cervical curve Degenerated cervical discs in the form of reduced height and T2 SI Cervical spondylotic changes with osteophytes formations Mild posterior bulge of C3-4 disc flattening the ventral aspect of subarachnoid CSF space. Diffuse annular bulge of C5-6 disc indenting the ventral aspect of the subarachnoid CSF space and the related nerve roots. Normal size and SI of cervical spinal cord. Normal bone marrow Sl of the other scanned vertebrae. No abnormal paraspinal soft tissue masses وده الرنين الثاني ارجو القراءة بعنايه وجزاكم الله هيرا الاستفسار للاطباء فقط -------------------------------------------- ‏NON CONTRAST MRI OF THE LUMBOSACRAL SPINES USING MULTIPULSE SEQUENCES IN DIFFERENT PLANES REVEALED: • Minimal backward displacement of L5 over S1 vertebra •Degenerated lumbar discs in the form of reduced T2 SI with reduced height of L5-S1 disc • Normal cross sectional area of lumbar spinal canal • Left foraminal prolapse of L4-5 disc compressing the related left nerve roots Central and left paracentral posterior prolapse of L5-S1 disc with small caudal migration compressing the ventral aspect of thecal sac and the related nerve roots, more on left side • Degenerative changes of opposing vertebral end plates at L5-S1 disc • Normal bone marrow Sl of the scanned vertebrae. • Normal size, level of termination and S.I. of the conus medullaris. • No abnormal paraspinal soft tissue masses could be detected.
