I’ve always been curious about this but why at every major on the main stage do they have the players sitting in some of the most trash looking chairs but there is always like 1 or 2 actual gaming chairs? Who decides who gets the trash chair vs the better chair?

Some players prefer the normal chair more because they sit more comfortable than the gaming chair.

I think they have 8 congruent chairs (probably some sponsored racing chairs or something) but for different reasons players opt out for comfortability. Some want no arms on the chair, some I guess want no wheels so they can always be the same distance from the monitor, etc .
