@Officialjoed3 ай бұрын
I totally get what Formal was saying about trying to be the one to motivate the team, but honestly I don’t think that should be his job. Every player needs to figure out their own "why"-something bigger than just wanting to be the best or making money. When things get tough, that personal motivation alone isn’t enough to pull the whole team through. Plus, putting that responsibility on Formal isn’t fair. If the other players aren’t bringing their own motivation, it’ll end up eating at him and making him wonder what he could have done differently. When really it was never his job to begin with. Each player has to be responsible for their own drive. Formal can definitely help tap into that and bring it out, but only if the players know their "why" first. If I were him going next into next year, I'd make sure the people around me know why the heck they're on that stage. So when they're in the grand finals getting smacked, they have that desire inside of them to bring out a greater version of themselves and come back.
@hemirizvi65853 ай бұрын
Every player on that stage has there why and they know what it is. Formal is a rare player who has the expierience and knowledge of the physical and mental triggers and requirements that few player poses. This is the very epitomy of elite this is the difference between the best player and the greatest. Asking him not to wear that bourdon and to not try synchronize that part of his mind with the overall gameplay youd be asking him to be normal and Formal is indeed great.
@Officialjoed3 ай бұрын
@@hemirizvi6585I hear what you're saying and agree, what I'm saying Is for him to feel like he's trying to will his team to win is something that shouldn't be his sole responsibility. That has to be the players, and formal can bring that out of people but he can't make people have the desire.
