In this example Holding companies plus 3 flips are in group? Also it is good to have one holding company of trading companies shareholding and different one for investments properties as no entrepreneurs relief can be claimed on rented properties?

You can use that structure to enable entrepreneurs relief. I tend not to use that so properties can be moved from flip co to investment co without SDLT or CGT

You could use a holding company instead and claim ER in the future
