It's basic factorization that a student learn in his 6th or 7th standard.. (X-6)(x-2) is the factorization of x^2-8x+12.

In 1st problem the sheet was of 10m then why did you take 12m sir Can't we solve it with 10m itself

You can solve with 10m. I took 12 so that calculation becomes easier... 😊
