Quick tip from someone who wish you the best ! Please make sure people will know what we will be actually doing before the 3:40 mark. The 3 first minutes is just you reviewing past stuff. Dedicate the first 30 sec or min to show what we gonna build to hook. Then maybe give some context ( but a bit shorter please) . Because in the end you actually ask for sub before giving any value. People want to see concrete stuff, it's a 1 hour long video, you need to hook people fast.
