Also I typically stop adding points to the education development tree after the university. I never took the time to understand the technical and medical universities!! Oh man I feel like my cims have been missing out.

That was a recent mindset switch I took before thinking about making a video covering the educational system 🤣. They are expensive, but if you have the room, physically and in the budget, then build it.

Great content again! Just got a quick question. If I don't allow my sims to park beside the road and don't provide any parking space will they use the public transportation more frequently?

That’s a good question… I know many come with a car, but if enabled, will just park it and walk or ride places. In theory I’d say yes, the cost of travel would be greater with a car vs transit since their car would be parked far away or inaccessible. It’d be an interesting experiment to prove removing all street parking and have no public parking available increases rider participation. 🤔

​@@amithasan5151 If you haven't already, you will need to have the electric bus upgrade at the depot, and then assign electric buses to the line via the line detail. I typically do not play with electric buses. I try to use buses for smaller routes, and they need to recharge at the depot and takes them out of commission for some time. I am working on the Transit Hierarchy video you asked for some time ago, where I will explain when to use buses, trams, trains, ferries, and subways/elevated rail.
