1000lbs.? Im thinking I just want my hips even. If I am mostly on my Right leg all the time and trying to not be. also with a high Left shoulder. I am so twisted ..... This exsplains so much.

Use any bar you can load on one side by itself.

Man u ussd to be huge. But i guess health reasons needed u to sizd down Either way still a legend and in great shape

He is almost 50yrs old, pretty hard/unhealthy to stay huge,jacked and super strong at that age

​@@Akruburu103Not really. Im in my fifties. You either have it or you dont. Im stronger now than when i was younger as i know my nervous system. Things like vitamin D3 and ice cold showers the night before a lift day work. If im squatting double bodyweight and rowing almost double bodyweight and shoulder pressing bodyweight im doing fine. Being huge isnt necessary to be strong.
