He is almost 50yrs old, pretty hard/unhealthy to stay huge,jacked and super strong at that age

@@Akruburu103Not really. Im in my fifties. You either have it or you dont. Im stronger now than when i was younger as i know my nervous system. Things like vitamin D3 and ice cold showers the night before a lift day work. If im squatting double bodyweight and rowing almost double bodyweight and shoulder pressing bodyweight im doing fine. Being huge isnt necessary to be strong.
