The wallpaper was different on restart because windows 10 uses a background service that by default downloads a handful of wallpapers and cycles between them. I think it's called Live Wallpaper or something like that.

Pro tip : Dont over optimize ur pc, I did that to my old pc and it slowly decreased the fps when i reset my pc one day for a fresh start i was surprised to see more fps than without all those optimizations. Just do 5 -10 changes and thats good enough

how to get extra fps : 1. plug in charger will give you extra 100fps for sure 2. never put your laptop on bed or mousepad put in on a laptop cooler or a falt surface 3. debloat your windows it will remove the services you don't need 4. go to view windows advanced settings in performance go to settings and select set to adjest for best performance This can truly give you 1000fps haha

Your display needs to handle a high refresh rate to utilize those framerates, or else you are damaging your display and it will start developing issues. First off install a better display. then set your graphics.

Before i tweaked anything in creative i got an unstable 60 fps and in game 40 and less (down to like probably less then 10) I did some optimizations barley and ended up in game getting 60-90 fps, it was in consisent and in creative like 90-120ish fps so ill tell my results after this video

Probably because your monitor is 70 hz, do not play higher fps because it cannot even show it. If you would like to turn that off, turn off V-sync. But not recommended playing over your refresh rate because those frames will not even be shown and just cause screen tearing

@ this video is a basic fps boost, not a optimizer. You can use OS such as atlas and revi, they are pretty good and could make your pc more smoother and increase your fps. Try that. i do have a an optimizer which increases your fps really much and gives you less input delay but it costs money, i dont really recommend it for people who play Minecraft or use Microsoft store.
