I have problem, that my fps drop only sometimes, but it always happent in fights but there is a problem that I can't fix, I have around 200fps and it drops at about 50fps instantly sometimes, and its 50 fps but it drops so fast that I can feel it like very big lag spikes, I tried to set on 60fps what I got same thing just drops to around 20fps and feels exacly the same, but a bit less fps in general, and I found few other peoples with this problem some fixed it with some solutions other said that they can't find anyway to fix it and its so anoying that peoples who could not fix it quited the game, I hope I am gonna find a solutions and not gonna quit the game.

i think i have a kind of weird problem i dont know if my graphic card have a problem with his new driver that i install or is league but 2016 summer and a bit behind i was playing league with 210fps max and after one update on league and one update on my graphic card i was stuck in 60fps and falling in 49 and sometimes 36 before i was only falling 120 and 72 the worst i dont know what driver used to give me that 200fps but league is not a heavy game i can play overwatch with 60fps and its way more heavy than league can someone help me someway ;

on a laptop your best bet is just to clean the fan, each laptop model is different. Try looking for "laptop fan cleaning" on youtube. You can also try looking up for your specific laptop model maintenance on google.

Riot, please make a mode that players can change maps according to what season they like, it looks cool for those players who started recently and let them experience the beta maps and alpha also. if necessary, put the old GUI too. if i name it, i will name it "Flashback mode"

Hey, some solutions for this? If I play in fullscreen my game is capped to 20 FPS. Switching to borderless or windowed, I need to choose an option not with a star in order to get 60+ fps and they stay. So my system is definitly able to run 50-60 fps, but fails in fullscreen or borderless fullscreen to do so. The problem with this is: I need to hide my taskbar when in windowed and if I try to move the camera down the taskbar reappears. Also if someone sends me a chat message taskbar is popping up.

Meahendra Why aak on KZbin when you can ask the actual Riot support? Check that your fps isn't capped. If you need to choose a resolution lower than what your monitor supports to get 60 fps, your computer is a potato. If you want to hide your taskbar you need to play in full screen unless you want to download some super shady program that hides your taskbar.

i have a question i have a laptop with a gtx 1070 but when i play lol i get 50 fps up until 75.a few minutes ago i suddenly got 250 bu then went straight back any suggestions?

The laptop could be overheating, as that's a common "problem" for laptops. If you notice the bottom of it getting really hot, than that's the case. Otherwise, you might want to try and make sure less programs are running whilst playing League. Things like skype, steam, youtube, pandora, spotify, and such, whilst running in the background can hog processing power for the game itself. Then you also want to probably cap you games frames at 60, unless you know for a fact that the monitor has a refresh rate that's higher than 60 Hz. The reason for doing this is that any frames above 60 won't show any better performance as your monitor simply can't show that many frames per second. A 60 Hz screen can only show 60 frames per second, or 60 fps. Then there's also the fact that the human eyes can't even see more than around 120 frames per second anyways. So you're just forcing the graphics card to work harder for no reason, which can also cause it to fluctuate. If you keep it at a stable, lower number, even though it can go higher, means that all those extra frames can be used to stabilize the counter instead of seeing how many to can rack up. And just because you have a high end graphics card doesn't mean the computer will be super good. Make sure all drivers are updated, and that your processor is up to speed as well. Little things can add up over time if you don't take care of things.

Kuags and more Laptops are different than desktops. Unless your laptop specifically states it has a desktop gpu, then your GTX 1070 probably isn't that good. Also, LoL is more cpu dependent than gpu. If your cpu sucks, then LoL won't work very well. If your cpu sucks a lot, it could bottleneck your gpu and prevent it from working at its best. And then overheating will slow down your laptop a ton. Honestly, you should've bought a desktop instead of a laptop. Unless you need high-end specs on the go, you should never buy a laptop with high-end specs. They'll easily overheat, and desktops are much more efficient. Really the only people who should buy a laptop with a GTX 1070 are game developers and the like who need to be able to run multiple programs and test multiple things on the go.

You could always only try to change the resolution in the game itself. I don't mean to sound crude, but messing around with files without really knowing what you're doing is bound to mess things up. Though, the newer client allows you to change your resolution from the client, without needing to start up a custom game to change most settings.
