Optimizing your home network for Roon

nice concept program to have your music in a server and access it from everywhere however stupid support/no support on how to connect ,how to port forward . My router and roon arc does not work ,is not connecting and i stopped 2 times my subscription .Support from roon : you will connect(never happens ). if you study rocket science and computers for 5-6 years maybe you can manage to connect to roon arc ... the main issue for stopping my subscription roon arc cannot connect to port 55000. maybe the owners of roon app manage to connect roon arc and we are all proud of them and of course they can pay a subscription

Please add remote access like plex does, ROON is actually great but so so so frustrating to the point of a deal breaker for many that it doesn't offer an option built in to transcode/stream to mobile from anywhere.
