Option Elimination Techniques for UPSC PRELIMS

These elimination techniques only works if you have some kind of base knowledge. Otherwise for every question that can be solved via elimination, there are 5 more that can't . And these 5 question also have these extreme words. Even in video, this blockchain technology question, first option has 'NO' word. But nevertheless, thank you sir for this valuable video. Elimination technique works best when you have expanded your scope of knowledge and apply that knowledge with common sense. Example In PNGRB Q, from our previous knowledge we know that there are many regulatory bodies formed before PNGRB such as RBI 1934, SEBI 1922 etc. So 1 is incorrect. Note: PNGRB formed in 2006

sir, last year's prelims I got 76 marks in paper 1 and 47 in CSAT and I'm an ST and the cut off was 70.something ..
