OPTION: Sarah Clausen

Experimental Sound Studio presents saxophonist Sarah Clausen. Sarah performs songs from a new collection of work based on the experience of being both a musician and a laborer. The pieces focus on finding beauty and curiosity in the mundaneity, repetitiveness, and humility of work, combining workplace samples, ambient drones, and processed saxophone improvisation.
This performance and interview are presented in the ESS garden.
The OPTION series is curated by Ken Vandermark, Lily Finnegan, and Andrew Clinkman.
