Very good.............If you see a large amount, on a relative CALL OPTIONS, lets say on the $SPX at 4400, is there such a thing as a POSITIVE GAMMA toward that strike??? Or is this b.s??

Don't use bullish/bearish for your context. That just confuses things. When the gamma or delta changes you either get more long or more short as the underlying moves with or against you.
