with the put, collar spread typically how much of the underlying portfolio are they running this for? The complete thing? or just a % normally? Also, what happens to this position if the SPX rallies or crashed 10% how would this affect the market? Or even if they discontinued the strategy? What is smart beta? Whats the difference between just selling OTM puts and these structured notes that give a high yield and die if the S#$! hits the fan? nothing? What's an absolute return fund and why was Benn so adamant on saying he doesn't believe he does anything that would count as arbitrage? Is Benn's absolute return based on the fact that he believes his vol model/ system can better price/value the market than the market and this is one way his fund provides an absolute return? Is there any rule of thumb for how far out you have tail hedges on for the % you expect the drawdown to be? Amazing video. Thanks for this.
