I have a query. Suppose I bought Infy option call at premium 30 rupees for 1620 Current Infy market price is 1600 Since market is going up premium is also increased to 40 rupees. Now infy CMP is 1620, so will I be able to sell Option call? Or I need to buy Infy shares? Also if I am able to sell call option then will there be liquidity present?

Sell , in your example. Liquidity varies from share to share. Infosys is a popular share, so liquidity should be good.
