Thank you Sir. In short: If you buy a call option, and market goes up you will make profit. If you buy a put option and market goes down you will make money. However, some times market may go up you will still lose money depends on the volatility, traders mood, other political and economic scenario. Vic versa for selling too.

That premium varies depending on where he is at runs wise. One will pay much smaller premium when he is at 0 as compared to when he is at 90

I Want to get clarification that option buyers can Exit anytime after booking the profit before expiry becaoz he has the right to exit as and when he wants. But question is that whether Option seller also can Exit anytime.? My opinion is that Option Seller can, t exit before expiry date because he has the obligation to fulfill the contract.
