It's not really a serious issue as you can boot as normal. So you can still do your work while waiting for a new CMOS battery. You just need to reset the date and time. Also the bios settings to the way you want. It will use the default.

I don’t comment often on videos, but THIS HELPED ME! Just changing the cell from motherboard and changing date and time wasn’t helping.. other videos did not mentjon this part. Thanks man!!!
