I love the spartans doing spartan stuff, but ive always hated sgt forge melee 1v1ing one of the largest elites known to us. A regular elite is canonically almost as strong as a Spartan II WITH mjolnir. It looks physically impossible how this little human shoves and checks him. Forge should have died from that punch to the gut alone.

CE for me is probably the intro to Two Betrayals. Halo 3 for me is either the ending of Floodgate, the mid cutscene of Halo or ending of Halo.

Halo Reach has to be the start of Exodus for me. The shot of 6 overlooking the destroyed super carrier as the somber slow version of “In Amber Clad” plays sets the tone for the rest of the game - the tragedy of losing a war.

yeah it begins setting the tone of a losing war for the humans. Another cutscene that shows the tragedy even more is the opening to New Alexandria. Noble 6 just looking over the fallen city with crashing skyscrapers really begins showcasing the tragedy of war within Reach.

That Halo Wars cutscene will forever be one my favourites. I loved the Spartan II armour design of red team and you just get to see Spartans being Spartans in such a badass way. Also the fight with the Arbiter with Forge’s one liners. Halo Wars had a few great ones including that intro with the Battle of Harvest with the marines running through the trenches

Favorite cutscene from Reach is the pillar of autumn opening cutscene. Halo CE, ending cutscene. “Did anyone else make it..” Halo 2 Arbitor being revealed the full truth of the nature of the rings. Halo 3 ending cutscene of Halo. Halo 3 ODST brute chieftain. Halo 4 Cortana’s goodbye. Halo 5 beginnings cutscene. Infinite the dying spartan. Halo wars Forge vs Arbitor. Halo wars 2 Atriox vs red team. Not a bad pick for your best cutscenes. 👍🏽

I agree with your choices, but Infinite's intro and Halo 5's intro are definitely better choices, and Halo 3's Cortana cutscene with Chief finally reuniting with Cortana was my favorite with just how beautiful it is. It's the only cutscene I refuse to skip no matter what, period. I love that cutscene that much.

Solid choices, nice video! 🙂 A few cutscenes I feel are underrated, and that I would have chosen: In Halo CE, the mid-mission cutscene in 343 Guilty Spark that introduces the flood. Having this cutscene shot from the perspective of Pvt. Jenkins' helmet cam is such a good change of pace for an iconic reveal. In Halo 4, the ending cutscene to Composer is my pick. Probably my favorite scene of Master Chief and Cortana in the series. I don't think any other cutscene in Halo has established a sense of desperation as effectively as this one. It does an amazing job of setting up the conclusion to the game. In Halo Wars 2, the ending cutscene to Under the Dark is my personal favorite. Seeing Isabel get her revenge on the Banished is pretty awesome. Her emotion really comes through. And Jerome kicking ass and the carrier being destroyed by the sentinels ... such an epic scene.

I don´t know if it´s the best, but, my favourite cutscene from Halo 3, and probably from the entire Halo Franchise, is definately the closing cutscene from Floodgate. When Rtas Vadum and Lord Hood get into it, and they say, "We´ve heard enough. Our fight is through the portal with the brutes and the bastard Truth" and Lord Hood says "Fine we´ll remain here, hold out as long as we can" and they they go at it because the had to glass half the continent. And then when Miranda Keys says "we should go through the portal, find out for sure" and Lord Hood says "what we should commander is understand clearly, that this is hummanity´s final stand, here at earth" THAT SHIT HIT´S SOOOO DEEP BRO. And then Masterchief says "I´ll find cortana´s solution, and I´ll bring it back" and Lord Hood says "Earth is all we have left. You trust cortana that much?" and Chief says "Sir, Yes Sir". And Lord Hood closes with "This is either the best decision you´ve ever made or the worst. Hell if it is chief, I doubt I´ll live long enough to find out which". And then there´s the awesome preparation compilation with Sargent Johnson taking the elite weaponry right out of their hands, and the Arbiter doing the same with the humans and their weapons. As well as Lord Hood leaving in his pelican while Miranda and Chief are watching him off, all with the background music from Halo Combat Evolved, that´s specifically from the Halo mission (Mission 2) if I remember correctly. It´s all so, I don´t know, EPIC. I guess there´s no other way to describe the feeling. Unfortunately ever since Halo Reach, this feeling has been lost, maybe Halo 4 and Infinite had a little bit of magic, but It´s nothing compared to the old days.
