Too expensive.

@@e38surveysolutions59 Is there a good comparison between what are differences between different prices? Reason why Im asking, and why I think it is expensive is that I see some modules sold online ... just the boards and antennas... so with little tinkering one could make a rtk system for 50% of your price.

@@bitlong4669 I have done this with the ZEDF9P Receiver and a good multiband antenna. Very large learning curve. There are a lot of settings within the ZEDF9P that have to be tinkered with. A good bit of development to make it user friendly. Finding reliable mounting options to aid in grounding and multipath rejection be difficult to find let alone one that is guaranteed to be level. In the end, the reach RS2 is a better product at a fraction of the cost for what you would pay from Trimble, TOPCON or Leica. So lets say you made your own RTK base and rover from the ZEDF9P. You have all of the correct setting. Your seeing good RTK corrections and you know its very precise. How do you know its accurate? How do you know for a fact that the point on the ground is accurate, especially with the home made gear?

You should not add the 134mm to the height. When selecting the antenna type the height correction is corrected. If you have a 2 meter pole than the height should be 2 meters and then select the antenna height. Check your data against a network or NGS monument!
