My Tip: Use a positive oracle deck for the solution! 💗 Of COURSE this is a negative deck and shows you trauma. There are many positive decks... use these and lay a positive card on top of the negative mirror deck ;) This will show you how to overcome it😘❤

as a non-native, I perfectly understood the language and meaning you read lol I was kinda scared of the deck the first half of the video but as you got into more details I saw that the guidebook isn't so bad and actually gives solutions too (but ofc using it with another deck can be even more informative)

I’m glad I didn’t watch this review before buying this deck. It’s been my go to deck for shadow work for several years and so far I haven’t found any other deck that activates me in the same way as this one. I personally don’t consider the guidebook to be that bad, but then again, English is not my native language, so I don’t get so obsessed about typos or grammar. I also personally don’t overanalyze the longer descriptions, but I rather let them percolate and see what exactly resonates for me in that specific moment. I agree with you, though, this deck is definitely not for everyone, but I personally consider it an irreplaceable tool in my oracle tool box.

This was a marvelous Review! I felt exactly the same! I purchased this Deck and received it only today - but I’m so happy I did. As you say; it’s a REALLY good Deck - and the parts that are good are REALLY good! I was impressed that the very first Card that I pulled was my situation at present to perfection! Like yourself; I too had procrastinated on whether I should actually get this Deck or not due to its dark theme, but I guess once you accept that it’s absolutely fine - it’s about 'expectation' I guess. Thanks again for the Review - and I felt much better that the problems I saw were not just me! :-)

Thank you so much for this!!!! You have helped my decision making process immensely. I think this deck could have immense value for me personally as long as I ignore the guidebook altogether and just read the cards intuitively! For example, the "Fated to Suffer" card you showed us really resonates with me. I do have times where I feel trapped into a certain courses of action that I know are not for the best, and I think this card could be a beautiful reminder that reaching for any particular apple is voluntary! I think also that it might be great to balance readings from this deck with cards from one or two (or three, or four...:) lighter decks that can offer suggestions on re-directing your inner self talk and positive actions to take, like the Star Seed Oracle or my current new favorite, The Secret Language of Light oracle. That might be a great partnership! Anyway, thank you again for doing this. If I'd just bought this deck before watching you, I might have felt really bad when the guidebook didn't make sense and/or contradicted my intuitive reading of the cards, since I'd have assumed I was wrong and the writer/publishers were right. Now I can just enjoy working with the artwork and the powerful concepts and throw the guidebook out the window. That's a huge gift!

I love your idea about balancing this deck out with a light one - that's a brilliant idea! Once the Dark Mirror shows you your shadow, let a lightworking deck show you your way out of it. Genius! I bought recently a tarot deck with a very dark style. Didn't receive yet but can't wait to have it. I think dark styles are as good as other style. It help you in certain phases. Thank you for this walkthrough!

I enjoyed listening to your review on the Dark Mirror Oracle deck. It was very informative. It is good to know in advance that the guide book has translation errors. I believe that I would still buy the deck for the artwork but at least I won’t be surprised by the grammar when I read the translations of the cards.

"Word salad" couldn't be a more accurate description for Lo Scarabeo's guidebook translations. I've noticed this problem several times with their guidebooks, and it really does a disservice to both the deck and the guidebook author. I suspect that what the author has written in Italian gets lost in translation--egregiously sloppy translation. Seems like a deck that really packs a punch. "Here's your terrible problem. Okthxbai" 😂A very informative review!

I didn't realize Lo Scarabeo had this bad a problem with their other guidebooks! I guess I normally buy tarot decks from them, not oracle decks, so I don't really look at the LWBs that come with the cards. What a mess! But yes, the deck really does pack a punch. Thanks so much for watching!🤗

Thank you for adressing this! I just got this deck for shadow work and I absolutely love it, the styling is just stunning but.... When I read the guidebook I was mostly like WTF does that mean?? Especially because no option is in my native language. I just use a tiny bit from the book and a lot of my own intuition :-)

you need anxiolytic 12. for anxiolytic 19 you need to have new contracts signed that came from the medical chamber. because of which they have to propagate medicine some astrologers have contracts and anxiolytics 19 have those of higher

I would LOVE for you to do a translation for each card. I’ve been struggling hard to understand what these cards mean but the readings like you said are word salad which just further confuses me

Thanks forgiving a thoughtful review. Your comments have me thinking can't wait for deck fate associates with horary astrology and a lifestyle doomed to certain end appears to relate with taking the dark shadow, depression, self mutilation, sloth and telling one lie after another to reach that goal, the arcana--sin. This resonates so much to me for shadow work and evolving or deciding who you are. Are you in the shadow of mischief or the light. Paramount for health. Like with snow white she goes to sleep or trance, trance is sleep walking versus hypnotism, and received a kiss to bring to light and balance. Trance associates with depression and dark shadow. I took a Celtic mythology course online and other is always associates with higher power and spiritual body, imagery or arts.

I actually bought this deck and it was drawn to me but I like to place this deck on my satanic altar but it’s a great deck and being a medium I have no problem doing someone reading and what the cards represent this deck comes naturally to me and thank you for the great video. Hail the Light 🤘😈🤘

I actually thought that card & guidebook made perfect sense. Like the ego splitting & creating a sense of time & duality when really its an illusion. But I do have the Sacred Feminine deck from Lo Scarabeo & its a mess. Even 2 of the cards art is switched. I'll see if this deck wants to find its way to me. Maybe I speak its dark cryptic language haha thanks for the review.

That second card is clearly about creating your own story that imprisons you & not allow yourself to see anything else or even that its just a story. Again its an illusion which is what all darkness truly is. I think it makes perfect sense. A few words off in the translation but deep & powerful work is in there if you see it.

I can get what the guidebook was trying to say, I just hated the translation into English. I have the sacred feminine deck as well, but never looked at the guidebook. I see that was for the best, lol! I think you'd really like the Dark Mirror Oracle - perhaps you'll find your way towards each other when the tie is right.😏

That's sweet of you to suggest, but I think it's better for each user of the deck to come up with their own meanings for the cards. I think it will work much better for you that way!

I don't see guidebook, It does not explain connection of moon cycle with emotions. Very wishy washy. I use my pure intention and shadow work that I do. It's incomplete as far as shadow work goes.

I do agree with you. It's a great deck for shadow work, but it's like we have to do our own work to have it make sense to us. The guidebook doesn't really help in that way.

Thank you very much! The artwork is gorgeous but the guidebook is tricky. You can make it work, but it takes a lot of extra effort. You might still like it though. I don't regret buying it.

I'm looking for a deck that delves deeply into the shadows so that I can try to heal. I don't mind if a deck punches me with the truth because at this point I want answers and then I want to do the work to overcome or at minimum become aware and accept it. I thought this deck could be the solution but after your review I don't want to struggle through a terribly written guidebook to try a discern the meaning. I think it's disrespectful of the publisher to the consumers. Is there another oracle deck you'd recommend for my shadow work that is similar but the guidebook is more clear?

I actually really, really recommend the Symbolon deck for shadow work. I just did a deck review for this on my channel. Don't let the pretty, colorful artwork fool you, the Symbolon deck is perfect for shadow work! It goes very deep and doesn't let you off the hook. It's not mean though. I hope you check it out.
