I think you can create your own subject Area by creating the Custom object using Application Composer. And in the Application composer you and Post the data in custom object by creating any webservice.

@Raju You can achive this ising FND_USER table. All details for such requirement are available in that. If you have to achieve using OTBI search under which subject area the table cames. It a hint. Try to achieve, if any doubts write me.
