We want chart of account segment value description in Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Korean Language. In the chart of account value set values, there is a globe icon to add the value description in different language but it will be manual process. Can this activity be done via FBDI template? If Yes, please tell me how.

Dear Niyama, Use the same template for other segments. Just copy the template and update Value Set Name, Tree and Tree Version Names and Values. Leave Account Type column blank.

There is no such standard functionality Shilpa. However, personalisation/customization can achieve it. Can you elaborate requirement in more details?

Dear Shivkumar, You may export values from value sets to excel. But not the structure/values/hierarchy in one go. Typically if you have these in one instance, it can be migrated to another instance using configuration packages. configuration package download will contain this information in csv files.

In fusion, you can query and see table results from front end. Go to Navigator-->Reports and Analytics -- Create a New Report and use the Query Builder.

If your summary flag is Yes, keep Allow Posting as No and Allow Budgeting as No

Dear Niyama, Please see that Value 114000 is there in excel sheet. Summary flag should be Yes, Posting No, Budgeting No -- Use these settings in excel sheet for this value. This value should be placed before the Children values in the Excel sheet.

Hi Suhas very good video to learn. I have followed the steps as in video and got the error. Could you please let me know what is the cause? 2 jobs ends with error. "Subrequest with request Id 1059444 ended in status : ERROR Aborting execution due to failure of a sub job . Sub request is ending in Error. One or more Subrequests ended in Error"
