Unprocessed rows in GL interface appeared in report that means if any entry lying in GL interface then also period will be closed..

Yes, from a system perspective, it will not stop period closure if the records exists in GL interface. After closing the period, if the users realize that there are records in GL interface, then period needs to be re-opened, the required records needs to be imported, posted and then the period needs to be closed
