Financial Reporting (FR) is capable of high-quality reports from multiple sources, with charts, images, headers and footers, that you can print into PDF format too. With a cloud-like interface, it makes sharing reports across an organization pretty easy. MS Excel is more of an individual tool that is also used enterprise-wide, by sharing reports via email for example. FR is an enterprise tool, that lets one create reports not just for individuals, but for entire-organizations to access.

hey i am getting a mapping issue. Thanks for sharing, but I don't get why you can't just use excel to create the same thing.
