These games truly are underrated gems. While Link's Awakening may have the best story of the three, these games are far more fun to play in my personal opinion. I might've mentioned this before, but I ppayed these games when I was a kid, but never managed to beat them until NintendoCapriSun/Tim played through them. This prompted me to finally beat them after all these years. Seeing Onyx's dragon form and finally facing Ganon in the Oracle duology was pretty cool. Thank you for playing these games! I'm assuming Four Swords or Wind Waker is next? If it's the former, then it's pretty serendipitous that Switch Online gave us access to that not too long ago.

I want a game to revisit these characters/locations. A spin off would probably be best. Escape Hyrule for a bit. Battle nonGanon villains.

Congratulations on finishing this duo of wonderful games. This season has really meant a lot to me, as these were my first proper Zelda experiences. Looking back on them in more detail than is usually given has been wonderful, and really makes me appreciate them even more than before. Thank you again. I am really looking forward to your Four Swords season, will it just be you and the wife or will it be a four person group? Four Swords really doesn't have a lot written about it at all, which makes sense since it was so inaccessible, but one thing I do know is the demo footage is very different from the final product and that one of the concept arts is taken from an American Comic book Bone.

@@Mer.Saloon I have a mix planned for Four Swords. I'll do some single player stuff with the Anniversary Edition, and I have a group of four for multiplayer.

I somehow got to this part of the game with only beating Oracle of Age’s. I think I wrote down my friends end code from seasons on the school yard, but absolutely sure I killed Ganon! Edit: Thank you for this series looking forward to I think Wind Waker next?

And so another adventure comes to an end. It was fun to relive these games through your journey after so many years, and it seems like there's plenty to enjoy about them (save for the peculiar design choices here and there). As for the boat image at the end, I'd like to believe it does connect this game to Link's Awakening. The team has already shown that they love to make references to past games, and there is a line in the manual of Link's Awakening that says after A Link to the Past our hero "went on a quest for enlightenment", and Zelda proclaims that Link has become a true hero after mastering the essences of Time and Seasons.

i think using the rod of seasons was kinda obvious for me as a kid. its basically a sword that doesnt do damage when used against enemies.

@@djinnspalace2119 That makes sense when you think of it that way. For me it was just a magic rod that was only used in specific places (i.e. tree stumps)

Such a cool experience! Love the fact they could do something so experimental at a time when the tech was just getting to the point where things like this could be realized.

I haven't yet had my fight with Onox yet, and this may be controversial in saying, but I've gotten a lot more satisfaction playing these games than I had with ToTK. I think it's because the puzzles and overall traversal was more engaging when attempting to figure out based on the game's hints and setups, rather than using a one-size fits all brute force solution.

Have to admit, I too wouldn't have thought about the Rod. I didn't even know it could be used so far outside the stumps. Or for that matter guess that wonder seeds when Twinrova is vulnerable is the only way to damage her. Really feels like these bosses are way too difficult to wrap your head around... and man, Zelda really just showed up to be kidnapped. Again. But it's still been quite an adventure to go on with your guidance, and I look forward to what comes next... will you perhaps show what a linked ending looks like if you play Oracle of Ages last? Or is it just that you see the same ending, but with a different Maku tree?
@legendaryadventurespod2 ай бұрын
@@goranisacson2502 I didn't complete a linked Oracle of Ages game, so I won't be showing off that ending. From my understanding it much like you described, same ending different Maku Tree. I do have an episode planned that will go over some of the linked game extras for the games.

I don't think that Zora combat room *requires* you to leave and come back to find the last enemy. I think I ran into the same bug as you at one point in one of the dungeons where one of the enemies went offscreen and de-spawned. This happened for me in that one kill room with Arm-Mimics and a conveyor belt. (I wanna say it's the room where you get Roc's Feather in Ages?) One of the Mimics left off the top of the screen while I was moving downward and disappeared entirely. But since I had never actually killed it, the room never recognized that all the enemies were killed, so I had to leave and come back. Sure enough, the last guy spawned in again.

@@aurafox1 I suppose it's possible it was just a bug
