I was looking at the heart brain cells yesterday trying to live through my heart space and noticing my heart centre feels like it's vibrating it feels similar to anxiety but I'm not sure that's what it is , this past week when I was meditating I have been imagining my breath as the waves moving in and out from my hear space and feeling the emotion then dropping down beneath the waves to the peace which you disscused with us before I felt such a profound bliss and stillness, so your reading today resonates deeply with me thankyou so much I am truly grateful xx❤❤❤

Wonderful, it is often that when we do something like this first time, that its a bit like a muscle that has not been trained. Breathing in waves is a good way to find peace. 💖
