Part 4: PWA, User and Developer Experience

I have a question. I have created a custom theme application in 19.2 and recently upgraded to 22.1. I see issues(mainly styling) with my charts, interactive reports and action menu options. Is there a way I can load the core css files from 19.2 in 22.1 for a specific application. FYI i am not using universal theme here.
