Can you tell us about POWER DELIVERY (PD) of the Oraimo 20,000mAh. In other words what percentage of the 20,000mAh is available as the net power for use? Hint: a good quality powerbank e.g. Anker, delivers a PD of 88% of the rated power.

It actually takes a long time to charge because of the capacity of the power bank. I think you should try using a faster charger. That could help.
