12:08 Are you by chance missing something there? When I "lick down" to roughly where the orange arror (Sublingual Folds) points, I can feel two pairs of.. loose, thin fleshy tendrils (best way I can describe them), positioned on both flanks. I think one of mine may be inflamed, which i why I was trying to find out what they're called haha.
