The new revitalised community at Oran Park will benefit from up to 7,540 new homes and the delivery of local amenities close to transport options, including:
new schools
148 ha of open space
12 playgrounds, local parks and recreation areas
around 18 ha of employment land, including a town centre
improved connections to encourage walking and cycling.
A vibrant new town centre will act as the hub of the community. This will help to create local jobs and will also feature a large variety of shops, restaurants, leisure and recreational facilities, civic buildings, apartments and offices.
Oran Park was one of the first land release precincts in the South West Growth Area and has rapidly developed since the completion of new planning controls.
