Not really. Orange cats are just most likely to be male, and male cats are more likely to behave in certain ways that align with "orange cat" expectations. The same is true for torties, but the inverse! (Torties are most likely to be female, and as a result, torties are stereotyped to behave in a certain way, i.e. "tortitude".)

Every orange cat I’ve ever had was quite a character at the moment my orange cats play fetch one of them is hilarious with a small cup that fruit sometimes comes in chopped up. He retrieved it from the recycle bin on his own. He’s very vocal, and I enjoy him so much.

I had an orange cat and a blond cat. The orange cat, lol, which was the smaller of the two, always wanted what the blond cat had. The blond cat was better at finding new napping locations and when he did, orange cat would try to get them somehow. Also my orangey would take my chair if i got up for some reason. When i returned he was laying in it. He would also try to open doors by jumping up and grabbing the doorknob in his front paws. Very clever cat. Everything was his business. When it was bedtime he scampered around the floor making as much noise as he could with his paws. The other cat seemed to know he was an orange cat, lol. These were shelter cats so i am sure they had a lot of experience with a variety of cats. When i first saw my orangey he was in the catroom in the shelter resting on cat furniture. He was the mellowest cat there and smallest too. So i thought he would be so calm and laid back. Not the case! Far from it! He was a lot like the orange cat in a famous animated movie which i am not sure i can mention the name of because of copyright. He was the smartest, most active cat ever. I dunno if it was because he was orange or due to his size even though, after i brought him home, within a year he was the same weight as the other cat and to my surprise just as big!

Easy for you to say.. my cat's favorite thing is to have you pet him while he eats and he will meow at the top of his lungs for hours until you do... but he's also an inside outside cat, so he also burns a lot of calories running around and hunting outside.
