Orange Chicken ~ Gluten Free

This recipe from Panda Express, turned gluten free! Bite-sized pieces of chicken that are fried until crispy and then coated in a tangy, sweet, and slightly spicy orange-flavored sauce.

1 Cup Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp White Pepper
1 Egg
2 1/2 Cups Water
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Xanthan Gum
Sauce:
1 Tsp Oil
1/4 Tsp Chili Flakes
1/2 Tsp Ginger
5 Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
