Your recipe of this Orange Chicken tasted perfect after cooking for my son's Baon tomorrow. It's good that I have the ingredients on hand especially the Chili Sauce. However, what I have is the Orange fruit, not the powdered Orange concentrate. So I thought of adding brown sugar; and it tasted great! Now I need not buy this food from our local Chinese Restaurant.
