You can use this marmalade to spread it over your toast or as an accompaniment to your dessert or a filling in your baked goods.

This recipe is a small serve recipe you can always double or triple it according to your need.
Ingredients-
100gm orange slices, peeled
70gm orange juice
4gm Orange zest
150gm sugar
small cinnamon stick (optional but recommended)
1/2tsp lemon juice
pinch of salt
Store in an air tight jar in the refrigerator.

The white part of orange is the pectin. Marmalade is meant to bitter & sweet
