While I'm personally not much for spicy heat, this does look damn colorful and good. Well done, past Stanky. Future Stanky, send him a high five to the past or something.

Stanky is husband material. In the specific sense that he seems incredibly in his element in the kitchen while incredibly lost at the same time. Also god dude if I lived closer I'd love to work camera crew for you, maybe you could have some mods visit next time you're due to cook so you're not in camera purgatory

Going to comment about the difference in Jarlic versus Garlic , Jarlic is covered in oils it from my understanding has the enzymes released so you're getting a stronger garlic taste, typically giving the same effect as minced garlic or garlic confit (which imo is overrated fancy people way of cooking it) by breaking it you're going to have the least garlicy taste. Its entirely a personal preference and how you taste things. Hope this explains something, didnt really comment for you but hopefully someone is curious. (also I could be wrong but I know a little bit of food science)

What camera system are you using? I may have an extra wide angle lens.
