When I was little Dad would take us to Ybor from Clearwater over to the Cuban sandwich shop on a Friday. It had a picture of a Cuban sandwich all the way down the wall. It was great. But the best was going to the Columbia Restaurant. They had the best black beans n rice. The Flamenco dancers were awesome.

😎🌴🌅☀A few years back we drove from Orlando to Ybor City just to go to Dinner at Columbia, we've been to the others and love them and because the area looks so much like Cuba, when we found out they had the first Columbia-off we went, it was later so we didn't get to look around much, we hope to go back on the upcoming trek to St Augustine and other areas! We did a 90 minute guided walking tour of Ybor City - very informative (Tampa Bay Tours) - recommend. Second Columbia. Take trolley to the river walk and then walk up to Art Museum or further to Ulele Restaurant!

Just came back from Ybor w/family. We enjoyed the Colombia restaurant. I rate as one of the best 3 restaurants that I have been to in my lifetime. I am 74 years old.

Went there with my family to enjoy a day out site seeing but after 45 minutes we had to leave. This area has a serious homeless problem. Everywhere we went in this area we came across this. That wouldn’t bother me if they weren’t so aggressive but they were and it made my wife and kids feel uncomfortable. We talked with a few of the businesses owners and they said they been struggling with this. I wasn’t aware till I got there. Once I got home I looked it up online and on KZbin and found a good amount of information about the problem.
