Oratex600 Zlin Savage permanent field repair on Dacron fabric, how to

This is a video done by our German Supplier...Here we see a how-to video manual on a permanent repair with Oratex600. In this case the plane shown is covered with an Aircraft Dacron, painted aircraft Fabric, like the french Diatex. The painted fabric being repaired here is the traditional, normal material that needs many layers of paint to be airworthy and the paint is solvent based. The material used in the repair is BetterAircraftFabric.com Oratex600 which requires no paint but can be painted if desired. Its used with a non-solvent, toxic-free glue (waterbased/Waterborne). The glue holds over 100pounds on one inch of surface. Glue it -shrink it - Fly it !!!

There is a very nice video by a customer named Fredrik Stork on U-Tube: its named "Using Oratex UL600" and shows in a time-lapse motion (done just right!) the usual covering of airframe parts with Oratex600 using the normal blanket method of covering. Its well worth watching !

Regarding EAA Oshkosh 2017 Airventure, we have a New location and will no longer be at the two old booth locations of previous years (2012-2016). We will be at booth number 300, a new outdoor display including an finished Oratex6000-covered Cub and a Belite that we are covering during the show. The New Outdoor Location of our booth its on the runway side of Hangar A, very close to where our old booth was within Hangar A ! Also be aware that we now have a public Facebook group called BetterAircraftFabric as well. We are posting much more photos of customer aircraft there then we could ever show on the website. @@BetterAircraftFabric Hi Lars I have a particular penchant for Teutonic excellence. It just exudes engineering marvel. The lack of tact and social skills are just a trade off.that is limiting to some.The Pietenpol project is slow but good. My attention is divided between sailing, my vintage 911 Carrera and my 350 SLK. I confess, I am not a Halibut fisherman and I still live where my roots are.

I absolutely find it extremely annoying to try and watch a damn video that youre supposed to watch what they're doing but you have to frickin READ whats going on.. by the time i get done reading and try to look at the picture in the video it changes to another damn screen that I have to miss whats going on BECAUSE I GOTTA READ AGAIN! 😡 Hire a NARRATOR!!!
