Definitely gotta do Strangler next. It's a little different than their others, and is one that gets the crowd moving. The video is simple but it's great

Hell yeah these guys are the best metalcore band I've heard do far. "Strangler" is my favorite and it's so upbeat you cant help but move to it.
@Rescorn2 жыл бұрын
Orbit Culture is not a Metalcore Band :o ! It's melodic death metal, groove metal, the guitars don't sound so heavy, just because it has a quieter groove in places doesn't make it metal core :-)
@Sleeping_Dreamer2 жыл бұрын
@@Rescorn I know and that's probably why I like them so much. I like to use the metalcore tag for them because it's not to far off and it's easier to get people to check them out saying it's like metalcore rather than anything with "death" in the name. 🤣
@Rescorn2 жыл бұрын
@Joe Stahl So you think people are more likely to listen to it than if you say it's metalcore instead of death metal ? well maybe, but I don't think so.

@@Rescorn For the people that are into it I get more detailed when describing them. For me I enjoy turning people on to metal in general, i find many people that say they dont like metal or deathcore often have misconceptions or they only heard a few songs over the years or maybe they listened to metal 10-20 years ago and got tired of it. I cant tell you how often I've shown modern metal songs to people and seeing how surprised they get at how a lot of it sounds these days. So yes, I try to read people and approach with songs/bands they might like with descriptions they can understand. Hope that makes sense.

Open eye and strangler next, the whole EP is amazing. Love the reaction. So glad you did mental cruelty! Mundus vult decipi is older style

SICK BRO!!! Haha, always love watching your reactions! I really hope you get to see them live! This might actually be my favourite OC song!
@hlm6662 жыл бұрын
Until you can get around to seeing them live you can always go have a look at the live set from knotfest pulse of the maggots festivel from 2020 and the songs they did live for siriusxm radio in 2021. The knotfest stuff is my personal favourites so i recommend at least checking that out.

The thing i have a hard time with is the best stuff with this band.... Niklas is doing EVERYTHING digital.....he is a fuckin genious! But the drums really suffer from not getting analog. But also, the cello and other strings he does so FRIGGIN good.....

What do you mean the drums suffer from not getting analog? They have a drummer? Maybe im not sure of the terms

Sorted! Smashed out Orbit Culture 🙂 I would say Mute the Silent next or something older like The Shadowing. Failing that, have you heard much Gojira? Why not fill your metal Mondays with some of those bad boys 🙂 the live performance at Brixton of The Gift of Guilt is a good starter 🤘
@SemiCharmer2 жыл бұрын
Funny enough. One of my tattoo artists introduced me to Gojira a while back. I don't and haven't listened to them on the reg, but I enjoyed what I heard!

Basically you just have to react to all of their music. It's that simple. 😂 Nothing they have made is bad. It's all as good as everything you've heard so far.

Wait till you get to their songs with emotional baggage. I'm telling ya: Rebirth, Behold, The Newborn One, The Shadowing are even better then these tracks from Shaman.
