Gotta say thanks man. Found this band because your reaction to Nensha. I somehow missed your reaction to Sun of All (even though I was a subscriber at the time you made it). But this band really is helping me pull myself out of some dark places. Their song See Through Me literally saved my life 6 months ago. I've never heard such honesty and passion vocally and lyrically from a band. You can't fake this kind of sincerity. So thanks man, keep up the awesome work! \,,/

Ok! I'm glad I'm not the only one who got watery eyes like at @05:47. Lol. Seriously! Whatever was happening towards the end of the song with the trumpets and heavenly "angels" singing was beeeeeeyyoooooond fucking epic!! The sound legit brought tears to my eyes! This is a beautiful masterpiece of chaos. \m/

If these three tracks represent what the upcoming album will be. It will be one monster of an album achieving every accolade possible. After Red Fog I thought they could be on the verge of being an album or two away from releasing a modern day masterpiece. And thus far it looks like it will be this album!

@GALACTICRIMINAL Doubt you'll see this, but thanks man. You have gotten me into a lot of great bands. I live in a city in which country and pop music dominate and metal/punk is fading fast. All my metal buds want to listen to the same old bands over and over and my punk friends are open to new tunes but it takes a lot of effort. Good shit. Rock on ma dude.

Please go back and listen to Rasen all the way through if you haven't already. The track The Umbilical Cord had me in pieces; the most moved I've ever been by a song. I've been a bit let down by the stuff these guys have put out since, nothing is that level of 'special'. Rasen set the bar very, very high for themselves. That said, this is easily the best song since then. I'm suddenly really looking forward to the new album again.

I don't know why but I just keep thinking Gojira when I hear this. That is 💯 not a bad thing. Like a darker, less proggy version. This emotional cleans before the first chorus the gnarly screams the beautiful acoustic moments infectious chorus holy shit... I can't wait for more 🔥🔥🔥

I know they start w/Rebirth where the Witch created but 1. where was the lady going w/the "flowers" and what were the two hills have eyes characters doing? Nensha: What's the witch doing kneeling in the woods ? The Shadowing: Who was the witch chasing & why ? Sorry , but I am going stir crazy in my NYC apartment being on lock down .

I actually enjoy the "cleans" at around @1:56 It doesnt sound that polished, and it feels like a lot of emotion bleeds through and its almost voice cracking. somewhere between growls and cleans if you get the point.
@CantNoScope4 жыл бұрын
Totally agree! Imo, that raw, savage, emotional sound is what really sets this track apart from the others and makes the song so powerful. Especially when paired with the other instruments in the latter half of the song.
