+Samantha N. For sure I'm a full grown adult and started 3-4 yrs ago and u look where I'm at now on my KZbin page. Just find a flexibility class or KZbin stretch tutorial and find a silk class in ur area. U can do it for sure. My buddy who is a school teacher was like 2 ft from the ground from doing her splits and now a couple of yrs later she's all the way to the ground. Ur the perfect age because u r old enough to understand but still young enough to form ur body
