In answer to Rob Jessop here they are from Graeae Theatre Company Rob,a disabled theatre company in Hoxton London.They did this song here as part of Reasons To Be Cheerful which was a musical they based on Ian Dury and John Kelly is a professional singer that I know sings

Yup, and it's mashuped to the Orbital's song, actually the special version of it featuring Stephen Hawking, which was finally released last week as a part of the upcoming rework/remix release called 30 something

And this was why CH4's coverage of the Paralympics was amateurish at best. The commentator failed to mention that it was Orbital and then failed to mention Ian Dury's "Spasticus Autisticus" - he of course had a disability. It was as if CH4 had not been given any information on who or what was performing at the ceremony - which I find hard to believe because they were its sponsor.
